Help Nyasha Clear Her School-Fee Backlog

Nyasha is a Grade 6 pupil and a school prefect. She has continued to show commitment and promise at school despite the financial challenges facing her family.

After Nyasha’s father died, her mother became the family’s main provider and earns a limited income as a vendor. Despite her efforts, the family has struggled to keep pace with school fees and other educational costs.

Mtima Heart Foundation began supporting Nyasha in January 2026 with school fees, books, stationery, additional lessons and regular monitoring so that financial hardship would not interrupt her progress.

Nyasha currently has approximately US$300 in outstanding school charges from previous years. As she approaches her final year of primary school, we want to help address these outstanding costs while also supporting the educational expenses she will face in the year ahead.

We are seeking to raise US$800 to help with her outstanding school charges and her upcoming educational needs, including school fees, examination costs, uniform, books, stationery and other essential school-related costs.

Your donation, whatever the amount, will help ease the financial barriers surrounding Nyasha’s education and support a child who continues to demonstrate commitment and responsibility at school.

How donations will be used

Donations will first help towards Nyasha’s outstanding school charges, currently estimated at approximately US$300. Remaining funds will support her current and upcoming educational needs, including school fees, examination costs, uniform, books, stationery, additional lessons and other essential education-related costs where needed.

Mtima Heart Foundation will pay educational costs through the school or verified suppliers wherever practicable and retain appropriate supporting records.

If funds raised exceed Nyasha’s immediate educational needs, they will be retained to support her future education.
